Shawn Shackleton - Upfront And Personal

Born in Sudbury Ontario Shawn began playing hockey in Chatham.

Before joining the Revelstoke Grizzlies he played for the Red Deer Elks, Midget AA. This is his first year playing for the Grizzlies.

Currently in grade 12 Shawn has indicated that after graduation he would like to enroll in a trades program to prepare for a carreer in Pipe Fitting.

His parents are Yvonne and Ed and he has one brother Matt, and one sister, Dylana. His family currently lives in Red Deer Alberta.

Some of Shawns most memorable hockey moments include winning the 2005 League Championship (NorthStar's 15 year old league).

Some of the activities that he enjoys when not playing hockey are Wakeboarding, mountain biking and snowmobiling.

Shawn is 5' 10" tall, weighs 160lbs, and can be seen wearing the Grizzlies the number 22 jersey as a defenseman.
