Jett Patola of the Revelstoke Grizzlies has committed to play for the Drury University Panthers in the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division 1 next fall.
Patola was second on the Grizzlies with 41 points in 31 games, scoring 18 goals. The 6-0, 168-pound forward from Calgary added 13 points in 12 playoff games. He was the Grizzlies captain this season.
Over three seasons with the Grizzlies, Patola played 102 games and displayed strong offensive skills to produce 44 goals and 57 assists for 101 points. In 50 career playoff games, Patola had 40 points.
Patola joins the Drury University Panthers, which went 23-4-0 in 27 games, then lost its lone playoff game.
Under KIJHL alumnus Jeremy Law as head coach, the Panthers continue to tap into the league for talent, with Patola becoming the latest to join the program.
