Young Guns: Alexander Bronswyk

Alexander Bronswyk of the Revelstoke Grizzlies is this week’s Young Guns, presented by the Next Shift Network, as he scored twice, including a winner, and had an assist in two games against the Princeton Posse.

“He’s a smart player and has incredibly good habits,” says Grizzlies general manager Ryan Parent. “I think his biggest asset is his work-rate. It’s very seldom I see Alex get outworked on the ice. It’s work-rate first and then he builds his game around that.”

Parent added the Kelowna product always finds a way to get the puck to the net and “he’s not afraid to go to the net.”

Bronswyk had 37 points in 38 regular season games, and has five goals and six points in nine KIJHL Teck Cup playoff games.
